Well it looks like Chris Browns Attorneys went into overtime, just in time to save Rhianna from having to testify in a Los Angeles court yesterday. Though she was waiting in the wings, the singer was spared what was sure to be emotional testimony.

Chris on the other hand didnt get off so easy.. No he doesnt have to do jail time.. but boyy did they put a ton of stipulations on him. If he messes up on any of the following parts of his plea deal… off to jail he goes.

Heres the punishment that the judge ordered since Chris Brown plead guilty to felony assault on Robyn “Rhianna ” Fenty of Barbados in a Los Angeles court yesterday.

1. 5 years of probation – if he messes up he will immediately go to jail for four years in a California prison (this is serious business, because even if Chris is in a car, or hotel room, or industry event and a fight breaks out or a felon is near him he may be in violation, he has to be extra careful to make sure he stays out of dangers way and out of ANY type of conflict for 5 years..(NOT an easything for ANY 19 year old to do!) shoot most 35 year olds can’t manage this feat!

2. One year of Domestic Violence Classes.

3. 180 days of community labor (not service ,ut labor) – he was lucky enough to get this part of his punishment to take place in VA. (so expect to see Chris on the side of the road in an orange jumpsuit)community labor consists of 8 hour work days which equas 1440 hours for Chris.

4. He was also ordered to stay 50 yards away from Rhianna and 10 yards away during industry events. For the record Rhianna’s atty requested that distance requirements be dropped and the judge promised at the sentincing to do his best regarding the matter.

Chris Brown is due back in court on August 5th for sentencing.
