ESTATE UPDATE

Yesterday was along day in court for Katherine jackson and her children Latoya, Randy and Rebbie who all showed up to support their mom. Heres what went down:

Katherine was awarded custody of the chldren

A monthly allowance for Katherine and the children was established including retro payments.

Katherine Jacksons attorney has requested that Katherine have a ‘Seat at the table” to be privy to MJ’s Estate business going forward. She’s no longer asking to be executor because that wold e considered “contesting” the will. And MJ had stipulatons that anyone contesting the wil would be cut out.

AEG (backers for the O2 series of tours) and MJ’s estate have come to a agreement with Jackson’s Estate re: “merchandising and rehearsal footage .

In a Bizarre interruption.. Michael jackson’s longtime Dermatologist sent his attorney to voice his concerns for the kids welfare and upbringing. Apparently The King of Pop confided his wishes to him as well. The judge politely told him that “he doesn’t have a dog in this fight” but can bring up concerns later if necessary.

MANSLAUGHTER INVESTIGATION:

Basically all hands are pointing to Dr. Conrad Murray but explosive information this week suggests that Dr. Murray gave MJ the Propofol drip and fel asleep. Sources say Mike awoke and requested more sleep at which time aDR. Murray’s AIDE “allegedly” administered Demerol .The combination of the two drugs caused a massive heart attack.
