Michaels Death Certificate has been released and the cause of death has been listd as “Defferred” which means the cause of death wont be known until the toxicology tests come back from the labs.

Who controls his estate right now? His momma Katherine Jackson and her attorney Londell McMillan had control of his estate for all of a week before MJ’s former attorney John Branca came up with a copy of his last will and testament signed on July 7, 2007 (oddly he was buried on Jul 7, 2009) 2 years to the date of his last will signing. In it he leaves Jon Branca and John Mccain a music industry executive in charge of his massive debts, catalogs and responsibilities. We hear that he left a huge sum to his mother, provided for his kids and left some money for charities (although which ones aren’t specified).

Who will gain custody of the children? That is up to the estate handlers and the courts to decide what is best for them. As of right now they are with their grandmother but who knows what could happen. Debbie Rowe may file for custody,. Whoever the alledged sperm donor is may file for custody.

Personaly I hope Janet raises the children, she seems to have a connection with them no?

Where is MJ’s Body? Nobody knows..well somebody knows but we sure don’t. I’m sure its the family being protective ,as they should be. We hear that he was not interned at the Forest Hill lawn Cemetary but was embalmed there which gives them “disposition” of the singers body temporarily.
