Comedian, actress, and TV host Mo’Nique won the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the critically acclaimed movie Precious. When accepting the award, Mo’Nique thanked her husband, Sidney, who she’s known since she was 14. Long ago the two dreamed that they would both be stars, but Sidney said, “You first.” Wrapping up her speech, she dedicated the award to “all the Preciouses, all the Marys” and “every person that’s ever been touched. It’s now time to tell.” Congrats to Mo’Nique on such an accomplishment!
