The day has finally come for Lil’ Wayne to be officially sentenced and turn himself in for his 1 year bid at New York’s Riker’s Island correctional facility. It has been reported that, with good behavior, the rapper could be out in 8-10 months. MTV News took an in depth look at what life behind bars will be like for Lil’ Wayne, which included a 4 AM wake up and 10 PM bedtime, recreational or religious study time for the majority of the day, a DVD player and TV access (without cable), and no iPod. Wayne spent his last days of freedom with friends, family, and his Young Money crew, who threw him a send off party over the weekend.
