More sauces and more Sunday Eats! This week’s recipe is for Shrimp With Pasta And Sun Dried Tomatoes, With Four Cheese Sauce.
Shrimp With Pasta And Sun Dried Tomatoes With Four Cheese Sauce
50 raw jumbo fresh shrimp
1 jar Bertolli Four Cheese Rosa sauce
1 jar sun dried Tomatoes
2 Roma tomatoes
1 package spaghetti or your favorite pasta
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 pat of butter
1 fresh garlic clove
Put pot of water on to boil with a pinch of salt and olive oil. While it’s boiling, clean and devein shrimp with vinegar and lemon.
When the water boils, add spaghetti (or pasta of your choice). Boil until tender and drain. Add a pat of butter and stir.
SautÃ© shrimp in a pan with butter, olive oil, garlic clove, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Dice 2 Roma tomatoes and add to sautÃ©ed shrimp.
Cook shrimp until bright pink. Slice approximately 8 sun dried tomatoes with oil from jar (which has lots of flavor).
Add sun dried tomatoes to the cooked and drained pasta.
Add shrimp sautÃ© to pasta. Stir in the four cheese sauce.
Stir and serve warm with shredded parmesan cheese.
