Today’s recipe is not good for you but it tastes great! Pepperoncini fried chicken. I call it “chicken with a kick!!
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken pieces
1 jar pepperoncini’s
Flour
1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix
Salt and pepper
Vegetable oil
1 pasta side dish and any vegetable you want
Directions:
The night before: Marinate cleaned and seasoned chicken in Ziploc baggie with lemon and 1/3 cup juice from the pepperoncini jar.
When ready to cook: Heat vegetable oil to 325 degrees. Remove chicken from marinating bag.
Mix flour and Lipton soup mix.

Dip chicken and some pepperoncinis inside the flour mixture and fry, turning several times!




The result? Chicken with a kick!

Enjoy with pasta on the side!
