Nicki Minaj was the big winner at last night’s 2011 American Music Awards. Nicki went home with the awards for Favorite Hip Hop Album and Favorite Hip Hop Artist, beating out Kanye West and Lil’ Wayne. She also opened the show with David Guetta, performing “Turn Me On” and her hit “Super Bass.”

Drake, Chris Brown, Mary J. Blige (whose new album, My Life II: The Journey Continues is in stores today) and Jennifer Lopez, rounded out this year’s performers. Watch their performances below.
