Ever wonder what a man goes through after a bad break up? Apparently, it’s a whole lot if you take a look at Tank‘s video for his single “Next Breath.” The R&B singer, writer, and producer shows the regret (a little bit of the crazy) that happens when a relationship comes to an end. On the direction of his new album, This Is How I Feel, Tank said:

“The album is reintroducing the idea of men being everything they should be to women and women getting back to the point where they expect those things. We’ve gotten away from fighting for our relationships and for men digging deep into their souls to make a women a happy.”

Tank’s new album is scheduled to be released on May 8.
