President Obama is full of surprises and during the last night’s episode of “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” at the University of North Carolina, he unexpectedly popped up to “Slow Jam the News” with Jimmy, backed by The Roots.

The topic of discussion was the very serious matter of the upcoming increase on college loan interest rates, which are set to go into effect this summer. However, the President has asked Congress to put a halt to increase that would more than double interest rates.
