Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their 4th wedding anniversary by continuing their tradition of renewing their vows every year. But this time, the couple, dressed in all white, took the ceremony to Paris, where they said “I do” at the Plaza Athenee Hotel.

After the ceremony, Nick and a beautiful Mariah dined at the Le Jules Verne restaurant at the Eiffel Tower.

And Mariah took to her Twitter account after the festivities to share how the night went and thank her fans for their support.

Tonight was an incredible night, I can’t express how amazing it was to renew our vows in Paris at the top of the Eiffel tower.

Congratulations to them! The past year has been a lot for them, with Nick’s health scares and the birth of their twins Monroe and Moroccan in April 2011. But they both look like they’re doing great.
