Samuel L. Jackson Announced As Host Of The 2012 BET Awards; Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj To Perform

A live press conference for the 2012 BET Awards is currently in progress, and so far, this year’s host has been announced.

Samuel L. Jackson will be handling hosting duties, Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj will perform, and Frankie Beverly and Maze will be honored.

Beyonce continues her reign with 6 nominations, while Kanye West follows with 5 of his own. Chris Brown, Drake, and Lil’ Wayne also grabbed some nominations. See a full list of the nominees below.
