After some behind the scenes footage, Melanie Fiona‘s latest collaboration with J. Cole premiered yesterday on BET. The video for “This Time,” directed by Colin Tilley, keeps track of the clock while switching between color and black and white shots.

The MF Life is in stores now and fans can catch her performing at this year’s Essence Music Festival in New Orleans.
