For the second time in a month, 50 Cent was hospitalized, but this time, after he and his driver were involved in a serious car accident.

Around 3AM this morning, 50′s SUV was rear ended by a Mack truck while driving on New York’s Long Island Expressway.

According to ThisIs50.com, “the truck driver reportedly told police his load shifted and lost control of the vehicle.” The impact nearly caused 50′s SUV to flip.

Both 50 and his driver were taken away from the scene of the accident on stretchers and hospitalized.

Tests on 50′s neck and back were run before he was released. It appears that he, his driver, and the driver of the truck are doing fine now.
