Hey, people. So, it’s Sunday Eats season again and I’m back with some recipes I hope you’ll enjoy in the heat of summer.
Today’s recipe is pretty simple and extremely light. You can add a salad or some rice on the side if you’re really hungry. This dish is also great with French bread and is great to take to a cookout or barbecue as well!
Personally, I’m slowing down on carbs so the shrimp and beans is just enough for me. A nice glass of wine and in heaven you will be. If you don’t like spicy foods, just omit the spicy seasonings. Enjoy!
Next week is a refreshing watermelon salad so check back and email pictures of your dish to SundayEats@FreesWorld.com.
Ingredients:
2 pounds cleaned deveined shrimp
1 pound fresh string beans
Fresh garlic
Onion powder
Onions
Sazon
Adobo
Cayenne pepper
Crushed hot peppers
Sazon seasoning
Wok pan
Directions:
Clean string beans and put in a pot with 2 cups of hot water, garlic, salt, and pepper. Steam for 10 minutes (you want them slightly crunchy).
In a wok or deep skillet, coat with olive oil, add scallions, garlic, and other spices.
Once onions start to brown, add shrimp until cooked (about 10 minutes).

Spoon string beans on plate, add shrimp, and eat up!

Hope you enjoy!
