The NBA Finals season is long over, meaning viewers no longer get to see commentary from Shaquille O’Neal on TNT’s “Inside The NBA” panel. Well, fans of Shaq will get to see more of him, as he has just landed his own comedy show on TruTV.

The show will be called “Upload with Shaquille O’Neal” and so far, has been given the green light for 10 episodes. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the series is:

Centered on the former basketball star scouring the Internet in search of the funniest online videos to comment on as well as creating his own viral videos and parodies. He will be joined on-screen by host Gary Owen (Think Life a Man) and Godfrey (The Mr. Men Show).

Shaq also commented on his upcoming show.

“I’ve been a fan of truTV for a long time and I look forward to working with my good friends Gary Owen and Godfrey. I’ve always tried to entertain people and I know this show will deliver big laughs

No word yet on when exactly “Upload with Shaquille O’Neal” will hit the air, but expect it to premiere some time this year.
