Months after Chris Brown and Drake were allegedly involved in an altercation while partying at a New York night club W.i.P., the club’s owners have filed a lawsuit against both of the stars.

The company behind the club, Entertainment Enterprises Ltd, is suing Chris and Drake for a reported $16 million in damages. According to the New York Post, the recently filed legal documents claim:

On defendant Brown and defendant Drake’s instructions, their two posses had at each other, throwing highball glasses laden with alcohol, shattering the handles of bottles of spirits to use as makeshift knives, and even throwing full bottles at each other. Within seconds, defendants filled an already packed nightclub full of flying glass shrapnel.

The lawsuit also goes on to state that Drake and Chris Brown “should have foreseen that their notoriety and celebrity would ensure that their acts had far reaching and devastating effects.”

Shortly after the June incident, the club was shut down and briefly lost its liquor license. The establishment is also facing a number of lawsuits stemming from the altercation, including one by San Antonio Spurs player Tony Parker, who suffered an eye injury as a result. Parker is suing W.i.P. for $20 million.

For their own parts, both Drake and Chris have denied being at fault, or taking part in the fight. Though the incident is still being investigated by police, no one has been charged.
