WPGC’s news director @GuyLambertNews stepped in the kitchen to share his beer chicken recipe!

Ingredients:
Can of beer (your choice)
Spices (seasonings of your choice)
Butter or olive oil spray
Directions:
Take beer can (preferably your favorite beer) and empty, leaving only 1/3 left.
Pour your favorite marinade into can along with spices (salt, pepper, sage, etc). Take the whole chicken and season on outside. Heat oven to 410 degrees.
Take can and stick up chicken. Place on cookie sheet using can for stand. Cook for hour and a half. Spray chicken every 20 minutes with butter or olive oil in order to brown chicken.
