A couple of weeks ago, Rolling Out gave a sneak peek of Karrueche Tran‘s first magazine cover shoot and the final product has arrived.

The unsuspecting 20-something year old has seen her stock rise in recent months after getting caught up in the never ending drama between her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown and super star Rihanna. But until now, Karrueche has maintained her silence.

In her first magazine interview, the model and designer opened up about how she has handled the spotlight (the good and bad), her clothing line The-Kill, and how she wants to be remembered. She tells Rolling Out:

“I hope people can learn from my story. I want to be remembered as someone who remained positive through such a negative situation. Regardless of what you’re put through or what is going on in your life, keep a positive spirit. That will help you get through it.”
