After years in the entertainment industry, the untold story of Brandy’s life and career will finally be revealed on an upcoming episode of VH1’s “Behind the Music.” The special will feature Brandy, her parents, brother Ray J, and many more discussing her path to stardom, including her many successes and tragic downfalls.
Monica‘s seventh studio album New Life is in stores now after it was released this week. She’s made the media rounds in support of the project and recently sat down with AOL’s Boombox to discuss the album, her possible upcoming tour with Brandy, and whether or not she would play her longtime friend Whitney Houston in a biopic on the icon’s life.

Monica‘s new album New Life will be in stores this coming Tuesday, April 10. The singer and mother hit up AOL Sessions to perform some of her past hits like “Angel of Mine” and “So Gone,” and also did material from the album like “Anything (To Find You),” “It All Belongs to Me” and “Man Who Has Everything.”
